Explanation of Responses:

1. Patricia Gallup, as the executor of the Estate of David McLellan Hall (the "Estate") has both voting and investment power over any shares held by the Estate, and therefore may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the shares held of record or otherwise beneficially owned by the Estate.

2. The 1998 PC Connection Voting Trust (the "Voting Trust") is the record holder of these shares. Patricia Gallup, as sole Trustee of the Voting Trust, has the voting power over the shares held of record by the Voting Trust and, as such, may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of such shares. The Estate has investment power over these shares held by the Voting Trust and, as such, may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of such shares.
