    Jack Ferguson was elected to the PC Connection, Inc. Board of Directors in May of 2016. Mr. Ferguson served as our Executive Vice President from May 2007 until his retirement in March 2012, Chief Financial Officer from December 2005 to March 2012, and Treasurer from November 1997 to March 2012.  From December 1992 to May 2007, Mr. Ferguson served in various financial executive roles at the Company.

      In her position as Chair of the Board, Patricia Gallup concentrates on corporate governance, vision, and long-term strategy for the company she co-founded in 1982. Starting with an initial investment of $8,000, as Chair and CEO, Gallup oversaw Connection’s spectacular growth into a Fortune 1000, leading technology solutions provider with over $2.9 billion in annual sales. Gallup took PC Connection, Inc. public in March 1998; the Company now does business as Connection, and trades on the Nasdaq Exchange under the symbol CNXN. Gallup has appeared on Fortune Magazine's list of top young entrepreneurs and on Working Woman's list of the top 50 women business owners in the United States. She appeared in the book The New Hampshire Century, which profiled one hundred people in NH who shaped the last millennium. For the past 10 years, she has appeared on CRN’s list of Women of the Channel. Gallup is a 1979 graduate of the University of Connecticut, and in 1994 received its distinguished alumni award.

      Barbara Duckett

        Barbara Duckett was elected to the PC Connection, Inc. Board of Directors in June of 2009 and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Since October 2000, Ms. Duckett has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services which encompasses Hospice Home Healthcare, Visiting Nurses at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services, the Friendly Bus transportation system, and the Castle Center for Adult Day Health for the greater Monadnock region of New Hampshire. Prior to this she was employed by Beech Hill Hospital for 17 years in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Chief Executive Officer, and also served as a consultant for the Dublin Group, Inc.

        Ms. Duckett has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) in Washington, DC, and has served on the Commission of the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

        She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor of arts with honors, holds a master of science degree in management from Antioch, and a systems management program certificate from Harvard University.

        David Beffa-Negrini

          David Beffa-Negrini has served on our Board of Directors since September 1994. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Creative Services from February 2007 until his retirement at the end of 2008. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served as Co-President of our Merrimack Services subsidiary from September 2005 to February 2007 and as our Vice President of Corporate Communications from June 2000 to February 2007. Beginning in 1983, Mr. Beffa-Negrini served in a variety of management positions in the areas of merchandising, marketing, and communications.

          Timothy McGrath

            Timothy McGrath has served as President and COO since April 2010. From May 2007 to April 2010, Mr. Mcgrath served as Executive Vice President, PC Connection Enterprises, and from December 2006 through May 2007, he served as Senior Vice President, PC Connection Enterprises. Mr. McGrath served as President of PC Connection Sales Corporation, our largest sales subsidiary, from August 2005 to December 2006. Prior to joining PC Connection, Mr. McGrath served from 2002 to 2005 in a variety of senior management positions at Insight Enterprises, Inc. Mr. McGrath served in various executive sales positions at Comark Inc. from 1999 to 2002, which was purchased by Insight Enterprises, Inc. in April 2002.
