Thomas C. Baker
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer

As Chief Financial Officer, Baker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Connection’s finances. In this role, he partners with teams across the company to structure the strategies and processes required to profitably productize Connection offerings and bring new technologies to customers. He is a trusted, strategic partner to the business, with a passion for transparency and financial discipline—and a deep knowledge of the technology industry, markets, and investor audiences.

Prior to joining Connection, Baker served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Applied Materials (Parent of Varian Semiconductor Equipment), Worldwide Controller at Fisher Scientific Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer at Chelton Communications Systems, Inc. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Babson College.

Patricia Gallup
Chief Administrative Officer
In her position as Chair of the Board, Patricia Gallup concentrates on corporate governance, vision, and long-term strategy for the company she co-founded in 1982. Starting with an initial investment of $8,000, as Chair and CEO, Gallup oversaw Connection’s spectacular growth into a Fortune 1000, leading technology solutions provider with over $2.9 billion in annual sales. Gallup took PC Connection, Inc. public in March 1998; the Company now does business as Connection, and trades on the Nasdaq Exchange under the symbol CNXN. Gallup has appeared on Fortune Magazine's list of top young entrepreneurs and on Working Woman's list of the top 50 women business owners in the United States. She appeared in the book The New Hampshire Century, which profiled one hundred people in NH who shaped the last millennium. For the past 10 years, she has appeared on CRN’s list of Women of the Channel. Gallup is a 1979 graduate of the University of Connecticut, and in 1994 received its distinguished alumni award.
Timothy McGrath
Chief Executive Officer

Tim McGrath is Chief Executive Officer of Connection [NASDAQ: CNXN], a Fortune 1000 Global Solutions Provider employing more than 2,500 people throughout the United States. In this role, Mr. McGrath also leads the Company’s sales subsidiaries—Connection® Business Solutions, Connection® Enterprise Solutions, and Connection® Public Sector Solutions. McGrath’s passion for customer-first service has been a driving force behind Connection’s success. His tenacious pursuit of expanding markets has propelled Connection forward into rewarding new directions and secured the Company’s position at the cutting edge of the IT industry.

Prior to his current role, McGrath served the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer of PC Connection, Inc. (now known as Connection), from May 2010 to August 2011. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of PC Connection Enterprises from May 2007 to April 2010 and December 2006 to May 2007, respectively. He also served as President of the Company’s SMB-focused sales subsidiary from August 2005 to December 2006. McGrath led the subsidiary to significantly grow revenue while increasing gross margin rate. McGrath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College and an MBA from Babson College.
